What Dental Assistants Do:

Dental Assistants are present in every aspect of the dental field, Since Dental Assistants are involved in so many different areas, we designed our school so students can learn the skills that dentists demand. Some of the tasks that you’ll master include taking x-rays, dental impressions, pouring and trimming models, and learning how to assist chair-side.

Dental Assistant Pay:

The median pay for Dental Assistants according to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics is $34,500 per year or $16.59 per hour. Job openings are expected to increase 25% from 2012 to 2022, much faster than the average for other professions.

Enrollment Requirements

No entry exam needed

Must have a High School Diploma, ED or equivalent

Classes + 40 Hour Externship

Classes are on Friday or Saturday 8 hrs a day

3 hrs of classroom material

5 hrs of hands on training

Students will complete the classes + a 40 hour Externship at a local dental office.

The externship begins around Class 6. Students will have the option of selecting a dental office to extern at or being placed at local dental office to complete the externship.

The RDA License

We help you become a Registered Dental Assistant.

This is also your x-ray certification.

You can begin working right after you graduate.

Tuition: The cost is $4250

Referral Program

Refer a Student and Receive $200

For every student that you refer (and who does the following), you will receive $200:

Set up an admissions appointment and enroll in class

Write your name in the referral field on the enrollment packet

Pay and attend class
